Founder's Bio: E.L.K.'s Randall S. WintersPrivate Equity and Financial Sponsor Investment Banking Mr. Winters has extensive experience working closely with private equity funds in a variety of buyout financing and portfolio company exit roles, as well as in certain fund raising responsibilities. He has originated and/or executed a wide variety of transactions in these capacities, including:
Mr. Winters maintains close relationships with bankers, corporate attorneys and private equity firm clients, many of which have lasted ten to twenty years. Global Family Office Group Mr. Winters built a network of investors seeking advice and creative investment ideas in the alternative investment asset classes. He maintains an active dialogue with family office and institutional investors, many of whom are recognized as leaders in their respective communities and marketplaces.
Mr. Winters holds a BSBA from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. He holds the Series 7, 24, 28, 63, and 65 licenses and formerly practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. Mr. Winters has been a guest lecturer of private equity financing at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Among other charitable endeavors, Mr. Winters is the Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.
