E.L.K. is comprised of experienced advisory and capital raising professionals with deep backgrounds in private equity, venture capital and real estate investment banking, as well as principal investing and institutional and high net worth asset management.

E.L.K. Capital Advisors, LLC was founded in February 2005 by Randall Winters. Mr. Winters formed E.L.K. largely as a result of market demand for a more effective and targeted professional capital raising and advisory model than is currently offered by traditional investment banking firms with counterproductive levels of bureaucracy and multiple client conflicts. E.L.K. is able to leverage the Principal’s deep relationships and skills by working directly with both equity sponsors and investors/buyers to most effectively deliver capital raising and advisory services in a flexible format.
